November 15, 2011 Louisiana Auctioneers Licensing Board (LALB) Meeting Highlights:

Marvin Henderson Is Disgruntled
at LAPA Vice President Robert Burns Dragging Him Into
the Middle of the Discussions of Kathleen "Sue" White's Alleged Sales Tax Issues

After repeated statements by the LALB voicing concerns of alleged nonpayment of sales taxes by Auctioneer Kathleen "Sue" White, at the September 19, 2011 LALB meeting, LAPA Vice President Robert Burns asked LALB members that, since they were demonstrating such a headstrong approach regarding Ms. White, would they have interest in a lawsuit filed by the State of Louisiana alleging nonpayment of sales taxes.  Consumer Member Greg Bordelon specifically said that he would, so Burns emailed this Sales Tax Lawsuit of State of Louisiana v. JAH Enterprises (d/b/a Henderson Auctions) soon after the September 19, 2011 meeting.  The following video clip from the November 15, 2011 meeting pertains to the preceding events:

What a PRICELESS quote by Mr. Bordelon.  AT LEAST he was honest about the LALB's "made-man" Mafia-like characteristics!!

For the record, the LALB dropped ALL pursuit of Kathleen "Sue" White subsequent to the video shown above.

As a result of the preceding episodes entailing the disparity between Mr. Henderson and Ms. White,
along with numerous other observations LAPA Vice President Robert Burns made regarding the
