Board Member CHARLES "HAL" McMILLIN was appointed to the LALB on July 28, 2011, and he served until September 10, 2014.

Burns, who objected
to his carrying on a conversation with fellow Member Jeff Henderson
while
Burns was speaking, resigned from the LALB effective Wednesday, September 10,

of "Auctioneer" Conducting Auctions with No License
and Admits to
Refusing to Report Him Because, "He's a writer for the local paper,
and he'll
chastise me in his column.....and this would all come back to me."
