Rev. Freddie Phillips continues to probe problems at NOAG,
resulting in Chairman Steinkamp shutting him down and making
a direct threat of "disciplinary action against your license!"

2:52 - 2:59 Executive Director Sandy Edmonds goes to bat to defend
Chairman Steinkamp once again (continuing her pattern from the June 20, 2011
meeting).  As relayed on the June 20 video caption, four (4) months later,
 Steinkamp lead the charge for yet another pay raise
 for Sandy Edmonds.  Loyalty being rewarded????
