Shill Bidding laws in Louisiana.
May 24, 2010:  
Burns files police report against Rep. Guinn
pertaining to the May 18, 2010 profanity-laced tirade 
of Rep. Guinn
(Burns filed on the advice of his personal attorney).
The 
report was delivered by Capitol police to then-House Speaker Jim Tucker, who
subsequently delivered it to Gov. Jindal's office, and nothing further was 
reported to Burns.
August 2, 2010:
