of The Auction Barn
(Pineville, LA)
is considered in Executive Session

January 15, 2014 LALB Meeting
Administrative Hearing for G & R
Auction Barn, owned by Gary and Randy Hayes,
who acquired
The Auction
Barn, from Earl Hayes, Gary & Randy's
uncle in 2011. Gary and Randy
were BY FAR the most honest guys EVER to appear before the LALB, and their
brute honesty alone is
well worth watching the
video beginning at the 9:25 mark!!
Upon conclusion of the G & R Auction Barn hearing above, the
reinstatement
of Earl Hayes' The Auction Barn business license is discussed.

July 15, 2014 LALB Meeting
LALB Attorney Anna Dow explains that the
LALB filed a claim against Traveler's Insurance
and received payment, which the LALB in turn paid to
Mr. David Swift, the victim.
The action on the LALB's part begs the question:
Why did it not do the same for
Judy Fasola, who was victimized by Mac Buhler
(Ken Buhler's father)? After, all
check out the STRIKING SIMILARITY between the two cases!!!
Could it be because Mac Buhler has previously
hired LALB Attorney Anna Dow
as attorney for Bocage Condominiums during his
tenure as President of
the condo association?

Swift's complaint against Gary and Randy Hayes

November 5, 2014 LALB Meeting
Upon finding out that Brant Thompson,
son of Louisiana State Senator Francis
Thompson (D-Delhi), succeeded
in obtaining a bond payment for his alleged losses entailing
deceased
auctioneer Bruce Miller, Judy Fasola expresses her frustrations with the LALB.
Those frustrations entail
Ms. Fasola asserting that she was victimized by
notoriously-problematic auctioneer Ken Buhler and his father, Mac.
Specifically, Ms. Fasola was frustrated that LALB attorney Anna Dow, after having her jump through all of the
hoops to file
a bond claim, reversed course and refused to file a
claim for her. During her presentation, Ms. Fasola managed
to catch the
LALB members in one contradiction after another as evidenced by the
historical
LALB video excerpts merged into the above video clip.
